Dr. Mark Baldree

Mark E. Baldree, M.D.

To My Patients,

After 40 years of practicing medicine in Phoenix, I've been working on plans to retire for some time.

Given the current COVID-19 healthcare emergency and the need to quickly transition clinics to telemedicine, I have made the decision to expedite my impending retirement.

It's with great confidence that I refer you to Daniel Charous, M.D. and his team at Arizona Desert ENT. Dr. Charous has a long-standing history in the valley and looks forward to welcoming you into his practice and providing you with excellent care. Dr. Charous' office is equipped with the latest technology available, including telemedicine.

Dr. Charous and I will be working together closely to provide continuity of care. We both want to make this transition as easy as possible for you, our patient.

Dr. Daniel Charous
